Terms of Service
Individual Access
Access to the Platform is granted to a single named individual per paid enrollment and is non-transferable. Accounts may not be shared, sold, or otherwise made available to anyone other than the enrolled student. Skilsera reserves the right to suspend or terminate access where account sharing is reasonably suspected.
Content Protection
All lesson recordings, live class replays, and course materials are the intellectual property of Skilsera and its founder, provided solely for the enrolled student's personal, non-commercial use during their active access period. Students agree not to download, redistribute, or publicly share any Platform content.
Payments & Refunds
All completed payments are final and non-refundable. In the rare case that Skilsera wholly fails to deliver a cohort (for example, if it's cancelled entirely before starting), the affected student's sole remedy is priority enrollment in the next available cohort at no additional cost. This is not a cash refund, and does not apply to a change of mind, dissatisfaction with pacing, or failure to complete the course for personal reasons.
Right to Revoke
Skilsera reserves the right to suspend or permanently revoke a student's access, without refund, for violation of these Terms, including account sharing, unauthorized redistribution of content, or abusive conduct toward staff or fellow students.
Privacy Policy
Data Collected
We collect identity and contact information provided at application, including full name, email address, WhatsApp number, and phone number, along with a payment transaction reference (we never collect or store raw card details) and platform usage data such as lesson completion status.
Usage Context
Personal information is used exclusively to review applications, verify payment and grant access, deliver course content and support, and, where a student has explicitly opted in, share testimonials about their experience.
Zero Sharing Policy
Skilsera does not sell, rent, or share personal information with third-party marketers or advertisers. Information is shared only with the limited set of service providers necessary to operate the Platform, each acting solely as a data processor on Skilsera's behalf and never for their own independent marketing purposes.
Data Control & Deletion
Application data for applicants who don't proceed to payment is automatically deleted 2 months after applying. For enrolled students, account and progress data is automatically deleted at the end of the cohort's access window, approximately 3 months from enrollment, with a 2-week grace period if a final project review is still pending. You may also request earlier deletion at any time by contacting us directly.
